Non-Delivery:
Whilst we do try to despatch orders promptly, please allow 14 days before enquiring, in case the particular item which you have ordered is still in transit.

Telephone: If you prefer to order by telephone, we can deal with your call personally during our office hours (8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.), or we have a telephone answering machine for the convenience of customers who find it helpful to call us outside our normal office hours. If using the answering machine, please speak clearly, and leave us all the information we need:
• Your name
• Your full address
• Your Customer Account Code or Priority Number (if you have one)
• Your credit or debit card number
• The valid from and expiry dates of your card
• The Switch/Maestro issue number if applicable
• A description (preferably title and product code) of the items you would like to purchase.
